Cancellations
24 hour notice needed for cancellation or you will be charged for full session. If using gift certificate or other certificate(half price Harrisburg, Groupon etc)your certificate will be forfeited.
Appointment times
Clients need to be on time for their appointments. If you arrive late to your appoinment that time will be deducted from your massage time. There will be no discount of price for late arrival.
Bad Checks
If a check is returned for any reason there is a charge of $35.
